Giants Lose 9-5 in Kamloops

Jackson Houck’s hattrick wasn’t enough to help the Giants beat the Blazers Saturday night at the Interior Savings Centre.

Tristan Sieben scored midway through the second period to cut the lead to 1 for the Giants, but Tim Bozon scored his hattrick goal before the end of the middle frame to put the Blazers up 7-5.

The second period saw a total of 7 goals between the two teams.

Cole Ully sealed the deal in the third for the Blazers with his hattrick goal, helping Kamloops win the game 9-5.

Vancouver forward Cain Franson got a goal and two assists.

Tyler Fuhr faced 38 shots in the game.
