Gallagher Named Western Conference All-Star

 

Vancouver Giants forward Brendan Gallagher was named a Western Conference First Team All-Star after an impressive 2010-11 season. The 18 year old finished 8th in the league in scoring with 44 goals, 47 assists, and 91 points in 66 games.

The WHL announced the 2010-11 WHL Western Conference First and Second All-Star Teams and the Western Conference Finalists for the 2010-11 WHL Awards. The WHL Player of the Year finalists will be announced on Wednesday April 21st, 2011.

The WHL will announce the Eastern Conference All-Stars and Awards Finalists tomorrow Thursday, March 24th at a press conference launching the 2011 WHL Playoffs.
