2019 Western Hockey League Playoffs Three Stars: Wednesday, April 24, 2019

1. Dawson Holt, Vancouver Giants: The Giants’ forward scored 7:07 into overtime Wednesday to lift his team to a 4-3 win and a 3-1 series advantage in the Western Conference Championship against the Spokane Chiefs.

The Saskatoon, Sask. product has 12 points (5G-7A) in 14 games during the 2019 WHL Playoffs. For his WHL Playoffs career, Holt has 20 points (7G-13A) in 21 games.  

2. Noah Gregor, Prince Albert Raiders: The San Jose Sharks prospect and Raider forward scored the game-winning goal in Wednesday’s 2-1 win against the Edmonton Oil Kings. Gregor scored 2:13 into the third period to put them up 2-0 at the time before Edmonton scored late in the contest.

The Beaumont, Alta. product has 15 points (6G-9A) in 14 games during the 2019 WHL Playoffs. For his WHL Playoffs career, Gregor has 38 points (17G-21A) in 42 games.

3. Adam Beckman, Spokane Chiefs: The 2019 NHL Draft prospect and Spokane Chiefs rookie forward scored a pair of goals in Wednesday’s 4-3 overtime loss against the Vancouver Giants. Beckman scored the first two goals of the games for the Chiefs.

The Saskatoon, Sask. product has been one of the Chiefs’ leaders in the 2019 WHL Playoffs, posting 12 points (8G-4A) in 14 games.
