Vancouver Giants Take A Stand Against Bullying

The Vancouver Giants, in partnership with various schools in the lower mainland, came together for a flash mob at the Giants’ Family Day game on February 10.

Over 2800 students participated and danced to spread the messsage of Acceptance.

The spectacle happened during an extended time-out in the second period of the February 10 Family Day game against the Victoria Royals. The players learned the dance in advance of the game to do their part in helping spread the message.

This year, Pink Shirt Day is on Wednesday February 26, 2014. So remember to wear your pink shirt and say yes to acceptance and no to bullying.
