Vancouver Giants Announce 2018-19 Award Winners

The Vancouver Giants are pleased to announce their 2018-19 award recipients. The trophies were handed out to the players during an awards banquet held at Tsawwassen Springs on Monday evening.

Season Ticket Holder of the Year: Lucas Kam

Jock McGrandle Volunteer of the Year: Han Kang

Players Choice Award: Alex Kannok Leipert (2000-D)

Sultan Thiara Plus-Minus Award: Bowen Byram (2001-D)

Save-On-Foods High School Scholastic Player of the Year: Trent Miner (2001-G)

Post-Secondary Academic Player of the Year: Alex Kannok Leipert (2000-D)

Three Stars Awards: Milos Roman (1999-F), Bowen Byram (2001-D), Davis Tendeck (1999-G)

White Spot Humanitarian of the Year Award: Jared Dmytriw (1998-F)

Bruce Allen Inspirational Leadership Award: Owen Hardy (1999-F)

Graduating Player Awards: Davis Koch (1998-F), Dallas Hines (1998-D), Jared Dmytriw (1998-F)

Most Improved Player Award: Trent Miner (2001-G)
