Bouma in Calgary, MacKay heading to Minnesota

July 27, 2010 - The Vancouver Giants are happy to announce that Matt MacKay has accepted a Free Agent Invitation to attend the Minnesota Wild’s rookie camp in August. MacKay was acquired in a trade with the Medicine Hat Tigers earlier this summer. The 19-year-old centre from Calgary, Alberta will be looked upon to add scoring and leadership to the Giants forward group this season.
