Minor Hockey
The Vancouver Giants are proud to be in partnership
with the various Minor Hockey Associations throughout the Lower
Mainland and beyond. From South Delta to Squamish, from Aldergrove
to West Vancouver, the Giants Minor Hockey Program continues to
grow and improve every year.
Together, we have developed a comprehensive fundraising program
that allows each participating Association to host a Giants home
game during the season. In hosting a game, the Association raises
money by selling 50/50 tickets and game programs, as well as game
tickets in advance of their night. And not only does each Association
get to raise money, they also get to have some fun once their work
is over. Each Association gets to have their initiation-level players
scrimmage in an intermission game and chooses one lucky player to
take part in the pre-game skate as the "Seventh Man".
Giants Majority Owner Ron Toigo is proud of the results thus far.
"Right from day one I wanted to make sure we built a program
that would benefit as many local minor hockey players as possible.
As a hockey dad and former coach myself, I know the importance of
fundraising and understand the benefits that it brings. As an organization,
we feel this is the best possible way to give back to our community
and aid in the development of the future WHL stars."
Since 2001, the Giants Minor Hockey Fundraising Program has helped
lower mainland minor hockey associations raise over $1,900,000!!!

along with corresponding links to their websites. If you would like
to purchase tickets to a game that is hosted by your home Association,
please look for more details on their website on how you can buy
through the Association and in turn help their fundraising efforts.
