Giants Prospect Justin Sourdif Making History With the Valley West Hawks
What a season it has been for Giants prospect Justin Sourdif. The third overall pick in the 2017 WHL Bantam Draft currently leads the BCMML in scoring with 22 goals and 49 assists (71 points) through only 33 games played. His 71 points matched Valley West Hawks alum (and Regina Pats forward) Matthew Bradley’s franchise mark which he set during the 2013-14 season. Sourdif has appeared in four games this season with the G-Men as an under-ager.
Congrats to @SourdifJustin who ties Matt Bradley at 71 points in a single season and does it in only 33 games played. Bradley has held the record record since 2013-14 for the Hawks. Two games left to get a point and break the record for Sourdif. @BCHockey_MML @WHLGiants pic.twitter.com/Cmz0VDWbCC
