The Giants have traded 17 year-old defenceman Stewart Coyle to the Spokane Chiefs in exchange for a sixth round pick in the 2016 WHL Bantam Draft.

Coyle was acquired by Vancouver from the Kelowna Rockets earlier this season. The Sicamous native tallied 2 assists in 17 games with the Giants this season.

Other roster updates: Newly acquired forward Rob Trzonkowski will be out for the remainder of the season and will be undergoing surgery in the next two weeks.
